If for any reason after you order you decide to cancel, you have 7 days from the date of placing the order to cancel under 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000'. For this reason, when stockings are ordered to be personalised, the order will not be started until after the cooling off period, unless specifically requested to go ahead as an urgent order.
Guarantee and Returns Policy
At Fabricraft we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Our no quibble guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased, return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. The exception to this are personalised stockings, unless they have a fault.

Catalogue Descriptions
Products are described as accurately as possible but colours occasionally vary according to the quality of the viewer's display and ambient lighting conditions.
Bow Ties, Tree & Small Padded stockings (any quantity) and up to 1 metere of fabric will be sent by 1st Class Packet Recorded Delivery for £2.50.
Up to 1 Medium or 1 Large stocking and fabric orders over 1 metre in length will be sent by 1st Class Recorded delivery for £3.50.
Any order that includes more than 2 Medium or 2 Large stockings will be sent by Special Delivery as it will be insured re loss or damage for a charge of £6.00 per order.
For orders from outside of the UK please email for a delivery charge. The default setting is £50 to encourage overseas customers to email for a precise quote.
UK Orders over £150 in value will be sent free of charge.
