Christmas stockings, particularly personalised stockings which have to be made to order, can take up to 21 days to be processed although we endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly.  We try to keep higher stock levels of the more popular items, especially with some of the bow tie designs which, if held in stock, should be despatched the same day the order has been received.  Please be patient  in the busy time leading up to Christmas. If there is a deadline to be met, perhaps for a birthday, please email your request and we will do our best to ensure prompt delivery. All stockings are guaranteed to be delivered in time for Christmas.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class Recorded Delivery for bow ties and fabric and Special Delivery for Christmas stocking orders. Each package will therefore need to be signed for and can be sent to a different delivery address if it is easier for you. There is a section when placing an order to input a different delivery address.
